FREIGHT & RETURNS POLICY
Sweet Papillon ships
internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Countries
including Indonesia, Bulgaria, Romania, Other Eastern Europe Countries,
Equatorial Africa, Russia, Former Soviet Republics, and some South
American Countries are considered high risk and Sweet Papillon will not
accept orders from these locations.
For Domestic orders, packages under 500g will be sent by
Registered Express Post. Packages over this weight will be
delivered via Registered Regular Parcel post. Packages over 500g
will include insurance and require receipted delivery. The freight
charge will be fixed, and is
added to your order before processing your credit card. This way you
will know the final charge being made to your credit card.
For international orders, a freight
charge is calculated according to weight and your method
selection. There will also be a separate charge for Insurance,
necessary for the type of product we are despatching. This also
means it will be a receipted delivery. All charges will be
added to your order before processing your credit card, so you will
always know the total being charged. International Air Mail delivery
time is usually 7 working days, Economy Air can be up to 10 – 14
working days.
Your order will be despatched within 24-48hrs, or the nearest working
day. Sweet Papillon will email you when your order is despatched.
Returns:
Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully
exchanged for any other item of the same value. Freight
charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was
made by Sweet Papillon supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case
Sweet Papillon will pay the freight.
